If you smell gas at home, act immediately: 1. Call Vector on 0800 764 764 — free 24/7 emergency isolation. They will shut off supply at the meter to make your home safe. 2. Once safe, call New Era on 0800 NEW ERA — we'll investigate the source, carry out any repairs, and reinstate your gas supply with a CoC or GSC as required. Note: If Vector confirms the meter was the fault — not your pipework — there is no gasfitter callout required.
